Tan-Tar-A Information: Make sure to call Tan-Tar-A (800-826-8272)to reserve your rooms by July 11 in order to get the conference rate. Mention the conference when you call. Or you can register online at the Tan-Tar-A website and enter PUBT for the conference code. Room rates start at $101 for ROH - meaning the room could be located in the Resort Complex or on the Estates; or $111 to guarantee a room within the Resort Complex. Suites are also available starting at $191 for a one-bedroom suite and $283 for a two-bedroom suite.

Comedy Night Donations Needed!
Vendors - Interested in donating a prize for Comedy Night? Here are some suggested items:
Digital cameras ($100 - $250), Golf club, golf bag, golf accessories, Stay at Tan-Tar-a, Restaurant gift cards ($50), LCD TV (big gift), Video camera, Ipod, Flat screen monitor, Kids non-motorized scooter, Stereo/Boom Box, Surrond sound TV equipment, Golf shirts, Luggage, DVD movies/season sets, Laptop (big gift), Portable photo printer, Portable DVD player, Karaoke machine, Microwave, Camping supplies (chairs, tents, sleeping bags), Hunting/fishing supplies, Kitchen gadgets/appliances (i.e. Expresso machine), Jewelry, and any other similar items that would make the drawing fun!
Exhibitors – if you are donating an item for Comedy Nite, please be sure to display a COMEDY NITE poster at your booth. The signs are available at the registration desk and will be provided to you when you identify the item being donated. This year, vendors will be asked to display their COMEDY NITE item at their exhibit table throughout the conference and during the COMEDY NITE event so that participants can determine which items they would like to try to win! In your portfolio, you will find a numbered gift bag that coincides with your exhibit booth number. During the COMEDY NITE event, please place this bag by your donated item. Participants will be dropping tickets into the bag throughout the evening. During the evening event, the announcer will assist MPTA in drawing winners for the items. Once again, thank you for participating in this fun and rewarding event! We hope that it increases booth traffic for your booth and that you have an opportunity to network with all of the participants.
