IMPORTANT NEWS BREAK!
The Get Link’d Conference has been postponed and rescheduled for this Fall October 13-14, 2015!
Due to the exciting developments happening at the national level and the interest shown in the program, the Get Link’d Conference will be postponed. By delaying the conference, more information will be available to share as it relates to Rides to Wellness, the Federal Transit Administration’s Ladders of Opportunity Health and Transportation Initiative, in addition to future policy development as it relates to improving access to care through public and private partnerships, particularly public transportation.
Why postpone? We will be able to bring together a more diverse array of partners with whom to network, a broader panel of presenters, and more examples of successful healthcare and transportation partnerships throughout the nation. In addition, HealthTran is on the edge of expanding services and gaining new partnerships, collecting valuable transit-health data, and exploring additional funding sources that could potentially skyrocket ridership.
We appreciate your support as we enhance our program and ask that you share this information with all your contacts and organizations that you feel would be interested in attending.
Stay tuned for more information on a bigger and better conference!!!
